Identifying and filling research gaps

One of our key objectives is to work with partners in highlighting gaps in understanding of key regional intelligence that could be filled by new research work.

This is done through research gap filling projects where Regional Data and Intelligence Network members submit research gaps identified through their work. Each submission must have a multi-client approach, a regional remit, and demonstrate a need for the work and how it can enhance information and intelligence in the region.
