Title:

MAGIC

Type:

Website facility

Description:

The MAGIC website is a major source for rural and countryside information, bringing together information from partner organisations in one place and establishing links to other organisations. It provides a web-based interactive map to bring together geographic information on key environmental schemes and designations in one place. The MAGIC download facility allowes users to either download datasets directly from the site or provides contact information where the responsible authority has an existing data supply method. Partner organisations providing datasets include Natural England, DEFRA, the Forestry Commission, Communities and Local Government and other organisations.
