Title:

Investors in people impact assessment

Alternative Title:

IIP impact assessment

Type:

Report

Date Created:

2004-08-01

Description:

The report explores the impact of achieving accreditation for the Investors in People (IIP) Standard on business performance. 1600 organisations were sampled using a telephone survey which was carried out during March 2004. 25% of the organisations were from the public sector, whilst 25% were firms who did not hold a 'Standard'. The report features much quantitative data. It concludes that overall organisational changes made by IIP recognised employees are twice as profitable as changes made by other companies without the Standard. Sales also increased by 7%, as opposed to 3.78%, for companies without the Standard.
