This report gives a detailed analysis of the Arts Express Networking Project. Research commissioned by West Midlands Arts in 1995 had found that transport was one of the barriers to people attending arts events in the rural areas of North Warwickshire. A pilot transport scheme, Arts Express, was set up at the time of the research. The project was aimed specifically at new audiences.
